Construgep is a real estate developer founded in 1997 and active in real estate development and project management across Quebec.

The company specializes in the design and execution of eco‑responsible projects, including multi‑residential rental buildings, condominiums, and social or affordable housing. It is involved in all stages of the process, from planning to completion.

Construgep has built nearly 2,000 units, including 14 social and community housing projects, and currently has more than 3,000 units under development and construction. It operates in Greater Montreal, the North Shore, the South Shore, and Drummondville. Its projects include Fortissimo in Drummondville, Exal NDG, Exal de la Concorde, Exal Longueuil, Exal Quartier Olympique, and Exal par Città.
